- {Make ready 200-250 gms of Bottlegourd/ Louki/ Dudhi /Lau.

- Peel and chop the Bottlegourd,ginger / mango ginger / turmeric....juice the lemon beforehand if you want..
- Add all ingredients along with a cup of water in a mixer jar or smoothie blender jar and blend/ grind till it's smooth..
