- Add 1 tbsp oil and salt to flour. Mix and make soft dough adding water. Keep aside. Boil fish for 2 minutes. Stain and make boneless. Add onion, green chilli,red chilli powder, black pepper powder,salt,1 tbsp oil, vinegar to smash fish. Mix well. Keep aside for 30 minutes..
